Our self-help legal services are concentrated primarily in the areas of divorce, business entity formation and management, real property transfers, civil litigation and construction law. Red Sky Legal is a bonded and registered legal document assistant (LDA), as required under California law. Our paralegal services are offered to solo attorneys and small firms with specific, project-based needs.

Registered & Bonded for Your Protection

Red Sky Legal is a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant, in accordance with Division 3, Chapter 5.5 of the California Business & Professions Code (commencing with § 6400). Under this law, any non-attorney individual or company providing “self help legal services” is required to register and post a bond before offering services to the public. San Diego County registered LDA #44, expires 8/6/12. I am not an attorney. I can only provide self-help services at your specific direction.
